Join us as Marketing Assistant (Home care) Function: Customer Development Reports to 1 UL Spain HC CSP & Mkt Manager Location: BCN - Viladecans Terms & Conditions: Temporary – Project-based (New Brand Implementation) – 9 months JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the implementation of a new Home Care brand within the Spanish market. This temporary role is part of a strategic launch project, working closely with the Marketing Home Care Led to execute marketing, trade activation, and point-of-sale plans across key channels. This role offers hands-on experience in brand rollouts, trade marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a top FMCG company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Marketing Support Assist in executing the Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) for the new Home Care brand. Support the development of launch plans, including promotions and POS visibility. Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials with agencies (design, printing, activation). Support adaptation of brand communication assets and BTL activities. Marketing Execution Help translate category and channel plans into activation actions. Support execution of in-store activation across channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discounters). Assist in managing assortments, promotional mechanics, and visibility materials. Performance Tracking & Analysis Monitor KPIs related to product launch and trade activities. Assist in gathering sales data for evaluating brand and competitor performance. Support budget tracking and monthly reporting. Project Coordination Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Supply Chain on product availability. Assist with market research or store checks when needed. Operational Support Provide administrative and operational support related to the brand launch. Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and agency outputs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education & Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing (FMCG experience). Interest in brand building, consumer behavior, and in-store marketing. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Fluency in Spanish and English. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong communication skills. Creative mindset with aesthetic sensitivity.
