At Onetrak every day is different! We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our team based at our Bridgewater branch. This entry-level position is ideal for recent school leavers. While no prior experience is required, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to get qualified while you work. You’ll get hands-on experience, mentoring, and support as you work towards your Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication - BSB40820.

• Be enrolled into online study to complete Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication upon completion of probation period.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Help create content for our website, social media, and marketing materials across various platforms.
• Assist with events management and execution including trades shows, field days & product launches.
• Liaise with industry associations on sponsorships and memberships.
• Conduct basic market research and gather insights.
• Assist with internal communications including the Onetrak newsletter.
• Assist HR with people and recognition initiatives.
• Assist with administrative functions for other areas within the business.
