THIS POSITION IS A PARENTAL LEAVE COVERING AND IS LIMITED TO 12 MONTHS.

As our Marketing & Training Manager Neurology (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the smooth development, direction and implementation of regional and local marketing strategy and activities within our “Region International Markets”, collaborating with local distribution partners in the Regions LATAM, APAC and EMEA. Your contribution will guarantee the growth of sales and revenue within the established areas for our botulinum toxin.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Strategy Development: Define regional marketing strategies for our botulinum toxin, considering local requirements and distribution partner needs.
  • Optimization & Expansion: Identify and implement optimization and expansion opportunities to enhance business performance and growth.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Provide regional marketing support to distribution partners, including improving product positioning, services, and developing marketing plans.
  • Scientific Communication & Training: Integrate scientific communication and training materials. Implement marketing training programs for new team members, partner distributors, and physicians.
  • Budget & Business Management: Manage the marketing budget for relevant brands. Develop strategies to expand the business with partners, including competition monitoring and ROI analysis.
  • Product & Market Integration: Efficiently integrate new products or services into new countries for distribution partners, ensuring smooth transitions and successful market entries.
  • Brand Plan & KOL Management: Manage the annual brand plan process, coordinate with distribution partners, and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support distribution management.
  • Cross-functional Interface: Serve as the interface between distribution partners and Merz Therapeutics departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
