INDUSTRY & MARKET KNOWLEDGE:



    • Apply deep knowledge of energy markets, value chains, and regulatory dynamics;

    • Anticipate trends in ESG, the energy transition, and market shifts; and
    • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities and partnerships.

    EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS



      • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is required.

      • An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred; and
      • Executive education or certifications in leadership, strategy, or energy markets.

      EXPERIENCE



        • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, commercial strategy, or business development, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or commodities sectors.

        • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results in large organizations.
        • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving commercial outcomes across multiple product lines or business units.
        • Demonstrated success in developing and executing long-term strategic plans and navigating market cycles.
        • Ability to travel as required.
