Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Marketing Video Content Producer & Editor to join our client’s team. The highly capable Video Content Producer & Editor will lead the creation of engaging, professional video content from concept through delivery. This role blends creative production and hands-on video execution — ideal for a Producer who can confidently plan and run shoots, operate cameras, and cut polished interview driven content edits for digital and social platforms. One will collaborate across departments to bring marketing, brand, and thought leadership content to life — from short-form stories to expert interviews — all in a fast-paced, business-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end video production: pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production delivery.
  • Operate camera, basic interview lighting, and audio equipment during field or in-office shoots.
  • Edit professional-grade video content using Adobe Premiere Pro — optimized for social platforms, web, and digital marketing.
  • Manage production schedules, timelines, and logistics with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and business goals.
  • Adjust quickly to shifting project needs or challenges during shoots or tight turnarounds.
  • Must have work samples or reel

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in professional production and post-production environments.
  • Experience is to include editing, producing, filming content in a corporate in-house agency or external agency environment.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong editorial instincts for clear, engaging video storytelling.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of camera systems, lighting setups, and general production best practices.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and composure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics and schedules independently.
  • Poised, professional presence — able to represent the team confidently in corporate settings with stakeholders.
  • A team-first attitude with the flexibility to jump in wherever needed and keep projects moving.
  • Experience producing content for the financial services industry or other regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with After Effects for light motion graphics or titles.
  • Photography experience
  • Experience working with senior executives or high-profile business stakeholders.

Location: New York, NY (In the office 4 days and 1 day remote per work week.)
Duration: September through December 2025.
Rate: $2,000-$2,200/week W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
