Your mission As a Marketing Working Student at TALPA, you will support the Marketing Team in executing day-to-day marketing activities with a strong focus on social media and content creation. You will contribute to maintaining and strengthening TALPA’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of marketing initiatives. Your mission: Plan, create, and schedule LinkedIn posts while ensuring consistency with TALPA’s tone of voice and brand identity Monitor and track the performance of social media content and suggest improvements Support the team in day-to-day social media management across relevant platforms Assist in creating and editing website content and marketing materials Contribute to content creation (e.g. posts, articles, visuals) for different marketing channels Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Help maintain and organize marketing assets and content calendars Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input for marketing activities Your profile Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus) Good organizational skills and attention to detail Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently Nice to have: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or similar is a plus Why us?
