Xgrid is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketo Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Marketo functionalities and a desire to leverage them to drive lead generation and marketing campaign success. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing environment and gain valuable experience with a leading marketing automation platform. Job Description Manage administration and expanded use of Marketo as the marketing automation platform. Ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo Work with the Director of Marketing to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities Create Marketing programs and campaigns having Emails, Forms, List Imports as needed Develop campaign landing pages and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness Create sales and marketing KPI dashboards, and other reports for executive review Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM administrators, and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately Proven experience (at least 1 year) managing Marketo instance configurations, including user management, security settings, and custom fields. Manage the integration of Marketo with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other third-party platforms. Configure events and marketing programs using a comprehensive marketing/event technology stack, including Zoom, LaunchPoint, LinkedIn, third-party integrations, etc. Hands-on experience in creating and managing automated campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other assets in Marketo. Develops and executes functional programs and campaigns as per client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Proficient in ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Marketo. Experienced in creating comprehensive reports in Marketo to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams. Capacity to troubleshoot operational issues and provide recommendations to streamline and optimize operational processes and workflows. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience working with Marketo (experience with other marketing automation platforms considered). Adobe Certified Expert- Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Experience with Salesforce In-depth understanding of the B2B lead generation funnel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passion for marketing technology and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
