You will be accountable for:
Processing high-volume outbound and inbound calls per day to our customers to increase the number of equipment sold through our online channels.
Generating new and repeat sales by providing excellent customer service and knowledge of our Sales platforms.
Meeting Marketplace-E sales goals for the month/year and increase sales by cross-selling.
Educating customers about terminology, features, and benefits of the company.
Effectively maintaining sales and customer database, coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
