Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Develop the Dutch market with a sustainable, long-term strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze and define top buyer segments, understanding their specific needs to tailor your outreach.
  • Sales Execution: Pitch CarOnSale effectively to potential customers, convert leads into sales, and activate customers to bid on and purchase vehicles.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, prevent churn, and increase our share of wallet with customers.
  • Performance Optimization: Use Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools to plan and track your activities, analyze data, and continuously improve results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of the international Demand Expansion team on both national and European growth projects.
