MARKETPLACE INTEGRATIONS LEAD

Role Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office (Leicester), 3 days working from home
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Supervisory or managerial experience within a technical or eCommerce setting.
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong experience with feed management platforms such as Rithum, Channable, or similar.
• Proven track record working with large datasets and applying rule-based data manipulation.
• Advanced skills in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Desirable:

• Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart or similar.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce operations, including product data structures, product listing requirements, and order flows.
• Familiarity with APIs and automated data workflows.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Marketplace Integrations Lead to take ownership of managing the technical connections between Pertemba and a wide range of online marketplaces. You’ll play a key role in keeping our product data flowing smoothly, ensuring our listings are accurate and helping us maintain strong performance across multiple sales channels.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical mindset, sharp problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in eCommerce data management. If you enjoy digging into data, troubleshooting technical issues, and making sure everything runs like clockwork, you’ll thrive here.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the smooth listing of new products on multiple marketplace channels, ensuring high listing quality and adherence to set guidelines.
• Support and guide the Marketplace Integrations team; including our offshore team based in Bangalore, India.
• Ensuring smooth and timely onboarding of new marketplace integrations and the maintenance of existing ones.
• Oversee the configuration, mapping, and optimisation of product data feeds using rule-based platforms such as Rithum and Channable whilst ensuring compliance with marketplace requirements.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot technical problems; including responding to critical or urgent issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain service levels.
• Assess how many listings are live on each channel and report this to the business, while constructing and enacting plans of action to fix errors and increase listing counts.
• Manage and manipulate large data sets; using rules to create, transform and optimise data.
• Provide training, mentoring and performance feedback to team members whilst developing and enforcing standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with the Senior Marketplace Manager to ensure a high level of team performance and output.
