The Opportunity We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager, E-Commerce to own and grow our third-party retail channels, including Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. This person will be the internal expert on marketplace performance, content, compliance, and profitability. You’ll manage the platforms we don’t fully control, optimizing visibility, conversion, and customer experience, while working hand-in-hand with Operations, Marketing, and the Director of E Commerce to ensure healthy margins, consistent branding, and strategic expansion. If you love diving into analytics, mastering algorithms, and finding ways to rank higher, convert better, and grow smarter then this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day management of Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop channels. Optimize listings, A+ content, and storefronts for conversion and visibility. Develop and execute launch → rank → defend playbooks for new SKUs. Partner with internal and agency teams on SP/SD/DSP and Walmart Connect advertising. Manage marketplace compliance — MAP, unauthorized sellers, packaging, and listing accuracy. Work cross-functionally with Operations on FBA/FBM/3PL planning and replenishment. Analyze TACoS, rank, share of voice, returns, and chargeback data to identify opportunities. Coordinate promotions and pricing alignment with the Director of E-Commerce to protect margins. Present weekly reports summarizing performance, wins, and improvement opportunities. What You’ll Bring 4–6 years of marketplace management experience (Amazon + at least one other major platform). Proven track record scaling 3P or hybrid 1P/3P beauty, wellness, or CPG brands. Strong understanding of rank optimization, reviews, buy box mechanics, and fees. Skilled in operational coordination — FBA prep, listings, compliance, and POs. Data-driven and fluent in dashboards and tools like Helium10 Collaborative, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.
