JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to join our team. As a Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring accurate product listings, effective inventory management, and a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will also collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and web development teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent research skills to identify market trends and customer preferences
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques to optimize marketplace content
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and purchase order management
