About the role As Marketplace Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our presence across key online marketplaces. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercial success, enhance brand visibility, and ensure operational excellence. This role is pivotal in accelerating digital growth and strengthening our market position. What You Will Do Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive sales growth and profitability Manage relationships with key marketplace partners (e.g. Amazon, eBay, and others) Optimise product listings, content, and pricing to maximise visibility and conversion Monitor performance metrics and use data insights to inform decision-making Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to align initiatives Oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations Ensure accurate inventory management and availability across platforms Stay ahead of marketplace trends, tools, and best practices Who You Are Experience managing online marketplaces, preferably within FMCG, retail, or eCommerce Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into action Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement Passionate about digital commerce and delivering customer-centric outcomes #Modibodi Caring, Connected, and Growing At Modibodi, we believe in supporting both your professional journey and personal well-being as we work together to create a healthier, safer world.
