JOB MISSION:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketplaces Operations Assistant to join our Marketplaces Team. Reporting to the Marketplace Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Marketplaces engine works smoothly and bringing our operations to the next level as part of the wider Marketplace Operations Team within Marketplaces. Two key activities: be responsible for the end-to-end product onboarding process, making sure we display New Balance products fast and with quality content. Further, you will be responsible for our order fulfilment excellence, coordinate with our logistics, customer service and IT teams to ensure we hit the SLAs. The role is composed by a combination of completing day-to-day activities and improving our existing processes.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Taking ownership and becoming the main point of contact for Marketplaces operational tasks, incidents, and improvements.

  • You are responsible for ensuring products launch across our Marketplace accounts on time and with quality product data.

  • Coordinating across teams to ensure products have the vital requirements to release on Marketplaces.
  • Working with our middleware providers and Marketplace accounts on error resolution.
  • Coordinating samples and the send-out to different Marketplaces.
  • Reviewing our existing product onboarding processes, defining, and implementing improvements.
  • Producing, utilizing, and distributing product onboarding reporting to give visibility on go-live status and triggering partners’ actions.
  • You are responsible for hitting the order fulfilment SLAs. You monitor important metrics and coordinate actions with our logistics, IT, and customer service teams to meet targets.
  • Working closely with Marketplaces Key Account Leads to support capturing Marketplaces opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Relevant years of experience with Marketplace and/or Partner Program operations.

  • Detailed oriented and passion to make things work.

  • Strong analytical skills and focus on improving processes.
  • Comfortable chasing different (internal and external) stakeholders to get things done.
  • Understanding on reporting and KPIs, and how to take actions based on these.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with middleware providers (Rithum and Cymbio).
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage.
