About Us
Easy Bathrooms is one of the UK’s fastest-growing bathroom and tile retailers, with over 145 showrooms nationwide and a rapidly expanding online presence. We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketplace & Paid Ads Specialist to join our in-house marketing team and support the continued growth of our e-commerce channels.
Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising across multiple platforms, including:

  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Display)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Sponsored ads across online marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, and B&Q

You will work closely with our Head of Ecommerce and broader marketing team to drive traffic, improve conversions, and maximise return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Support and manage marketplace advertising on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q Marketplace (training can be provided)
  • Monitor campaign performance and regularly report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
  • Use GA4, Google Merchant Centre, and Excel to analyse data and inform decisions
  • Troubleshoot product feed issues and work with internal teams to resolve
  • Research trends and stay up to date with platform updates and best practices
  • Assist the wider digital and marketing team with campaign planning and performance insights

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC or paid digital advertising (Google Ads required)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and Excel
  • Understanding of product feeds, data tracking, and performance reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with sponsored ads on marketplaces is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Desirable (not essential)

  • Google Ads or Meta certifications
  • Experience with feed management tools such as Channable or DataFeedWatch
  • Background in retail or e-commerce sectors
  • Ability to write basic ad copy and test creative formats
