Assists the on-duty supervisor to ensure proper food preparation and quality throughout all food outlets. Prepares food and ingredients at the beginning of an assigned shift and replenishes during slow periods. Creates orders according to menu and supervisor instructions with attention to taste and visual appeal. Maintains the kitchen and supply room in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition. Assists in maintaining Marketplace inventory, orders, stocks, and rotates items. Dates all perishable items upon delivery. Keeps condiments filled. Keeps kitchen clean to include floors walls, ceiling tiles, equipment (inside & out) as well as deep cleaning projects such as fryers, grease traps, shelves and walls.
