ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketplace Quant Lead to own the intersection of user growth, data-driven experimentation, and marketplace performance. In this role, you’ll split your time between talking directly to top recruiters on our platform and designing the experiments and analytics that drive real business impact.
You’ll be a core operator in our growth engine — unblocking problems, surfacing insights, running incentive tests, and measuring what actually moves the needle on hires, revenue, and NPS. This is a high-context, high-autonomy role with direct P&L impact and the ability to shape the trajectory of our marketplace.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Spend ~50% of your time talking to users — joining calls with top recruiters, identifying bottlenecks, and helping them grow six-figure books of business.
  • Spend ~50% of your time as an experiment engine — designing incentive tests, defining success metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing what levers drive hires, revenue, and NPS.
  • Own marketplace performance metrics, including Hires per Recruiter, Experiment Velocity & Wins, and Recruiter NPS.
  • Translate on-the-ground insights into product, operational, and growth improvements.
  • Partner closely with leadership to set marketplace strategy, prioritize initiatives, and track ROI.
  • Iterate quickly — test, learn, and implement improvements in short cycles.
