Description
Marketplace Reporting Specialist Location: Remote LATAM Schedule: 9AM - 5PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) Salary: $9 - $13/HR Key Responsibilities Downloads and processes reports from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Analytics including inventory health, sales performance, traffic, session data, advertising, attribution, Buy Box, and return reports Pulls data from internal databases and consolidates into standardized reporting templates on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadence Maintains reporting schedules and ensures on-time delivery of all assigned reports to relevant stakeholders Flags data anomalies, discrepancies, or missing data to the Reporting Team Lead with appropriate context Supports ad-hoc data requests from the EPM team and other internal stakeholders Contributes to SOP documentation and helps identify opportunities to improve report accuracy and efficiency. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or data reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and their reporting modules Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive data tasks with a high degree of accuracy Basic understanding of SQL or database querying is a plus Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to surfacing issues Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.
