POSITION OVERVIEW

The Print Team’s primary objective is to retain and support our existing print-only clients. With approximately 3,000 active accounts, we are transitioning dedicated sales support for these clients to the Print Team.
At this time, our focus is not on cross-selling additional services or prospecting for new business. Instead, we are committed to delivering exceptional service by ensuring that every print client has a dedicated representative who conducts regular business reviews, addresses questions and concerns, and works to identify opportunities for account growth and upgrades within Impact.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales
  • High level of knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera and Konica print equipment
  • High level of understanding of the lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return process
  • Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently interdepartmentally
  • Ability to work with an upset client to understand the issue and work internally and externally to resolve
  • Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements
  • Run consistent Business Reviews with all clients that are assigned
  • Problem solving, Organizational, and presenting skills are requiredProficient in D365, Impacts internal paperwork and Impact Ecommerce

  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
  • Focus exclusively on existing clients (no cross-selling or new prospecting involved)Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services
