MARKETPLACE SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Marketplace Sales Support Executive in our Marketplace Operations team.
As a Sales Support Executive in Marketplace, you’ll partner with Account Managers to support our borrowers throughout their funding journey. We’re looking for someone with a passion for precision who can manage lending applications with third-party lenders, ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and accuracy to deliver a truly exceptional customer experience.

• Manage the end-to-end application process for clients, from initial information gathering to submission and payout coordination.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, and the internal sales team, ensuring all communication and documentation are handled efficiently.
• Compile and submit comprehensive application packages through lender portals, actively monitoring their status to ensure timely progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to streamline processes and optimise application outcomes.
• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
