Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

  • Partnership Model: This is not a salaried job—it’s a commission-based opportunity. You earn a flat percentage of sales you help generate. No sales, no income. The upside? Strong performance means uncapped earnings and long-term growth potential.
  • Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere. We just ask for one daily alignment call (even 1 hour) to keep strategy and execution on track.
  • Creative Industry: You’ll work with exciting products featuring art and licensed graphics from celebrated creators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow our digital marketing ecosystem: company webstore, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, etc.
  • Drive SEO strategy, optimize product listings, and run performance marketing campaigns.
  • Execute marketplace strategies: listing optimization, pricing, promotions, bundles, deals, ads.
  • Launch and monitor social media campaigns aligned with marketplace activity (Meta, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Analyze performance (traffic, conversions, ROI) and create actionable growth plans.
  • Coordinate (when necessary) with logistics/inventory to keep product availability aligned with campaigns.
  • Report weekly and advise on growth actions to scale revenues.
