WHAT YOU’LL DO: You’ll work closely with our Customer Strategy Managers to translate client business goals into effective marketplace strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize performance. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge marketplace advertising while collaborating with a team that values innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous learning. Monitor account performance regularly, identifying trends—both positive and negative—that may impact strategy or results. Proactively alert Customer Strategy Managers to any significant findings Participate in customer calls (monthly, quarterly, or as needed), ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and delivery of weekly performance recaps and ad hoc requests Analyze cross-channel impact, considering how performance in one channel may influence others to optimize strategy holistically Maintain strong, clear, and proactive communication with internal teams and clients to drive alignment and efficiency Generate new ideas and suggest improvements, leveraging existing and emerging technology to enhance performance and streamline processes Stay informed on marketplace updates, including new tools, campaign types, and reporting capabilities, and share insights with both internal teams and clients Engage in product and technology discussions, providing feedback on tools and strategies that could enhance client outcomes Conduct proactive account analyses to identify opportunities for optimization, propose new strategies, and demonstrate value to clients Develop and execute strategic plans based on client goals, leveraging Quartile’s technology to drive performance improvements Provide product and user experience feedback to internal teams, ensuring continuous enhancement of Quartile’s tools and technology Stay up to date on industry trends, applying new insights and innovations to refine strategies and maximize client success. This is a PJ contract based out in Brazil.
