Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities in the role will include, but are not limited to supporting the MENA Tax Markets Leader in driving markets strategy and agenda for MENA Tax and Law through

  • MENA Tax priorities Supporting the MENA Tax Markets Leader in delivering Markets-centric priorities
  • High growth tax solutions with a focus on accelerating growth in key areas of the business
  • Tax themes from Tax Policy, Sustainability, or the impacts of the Metaverse and other emerging technologies on our clients, the candidate will be supporting initiatives which help our teams take solutions to market that support our clients in dealing with transformative change
  • Sales pipeline management through driving accurate recording and maintenance of opportunities
  • Deal review process management
  • Account focused support to channel shifting accounts, high growth sectors or priority targets from internal account planning to client forums and supporting our client conference
  • Regional support through campaigns, best practice and collaborating with teams all across the EMEIA area
  • Driving adoption of best practice and working to create and monitor directories of guides for our client facing teams, and supporting our internal Learning conference
  • Stakeholder reporting and updates to MENA Tax leadership, presenting status updates on initiatives and business performance

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-centric professional environment in a business development or market-focused position
  • Previous experience in monitoring or driving business growth
  • Time and project management skills – able to plan and manage time effectively and flexibly to deal with key priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Technology focused
