MARKET ASSISTANT: MARLBOROUGH

The Heritage Bakery, based in Wantage, run markets across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire where we sell our range of artisan breads and baked goods. We are looking for someone to run our weekly market pitch on a Saturday in Marlborough.

*Carefully stocking up our company van with goods and equipment from our Wantage bakery and driving to Marlborough to set up the market.
*Selling a range of high quality baked goods in a busy outdoor environment.
*Responsible for cash handling and recording card transactions.
*Delivering a high level of customer service and representing the bakery.
*Taking down equipment at the end of the day
* Driving to the Wantage markets to assist in the take down of market equipment and driving back to our Wantage bakery hub.
*Confident and responsible working independently and unsupervised.
*Great communication skills and a trustworthy nature.
