EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
  • Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervisory Skills: Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring all associates fulfull their job functions appropriately.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
  • Cost and Quality Control: Analyze costs, breakage, and quality support for various kitchenareas.
  • Safety and Compliance: Educate associates on safety issues and ensure compliance withhealth and safety regulations.
  • Communication and Leadership: Approach all encounters with guests and associates in afriendly, service-oriented manner and maintain open communication with other departments.
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in allfacilities and equipment.
