Mars Finance Leadership Experience includes: A 3-year program during which you will hold responsible positions in three annual rotations, in three different positions; Over the three years, you will gain experience in various areas of finance (supply finance, market finance, financial control, or digital); As part of MFLE, you will have a unique opportunity to get to know various segments of our business (Mars Wrigley, Mars Petcare, Mars Food); Opportunity for gain international experience through working in regional projects or placement abroad.
