Job Description The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Guide, mentor, and empower team members to maximize daily engagement and productivity while fostering a good performing, inclusive growth culture. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Lead the acquisition function to identify market opportunities, plan tactical outreach, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and partners. Direct account management efforts to cultivate long-term client relationships, optimize customer satisfaction, and unlock the value of existing accounts. Partner with internal stakeholders, particularly Marketing, to align on promotional strategies and coordinate the deployment of marketing assets. Track daily pipelines and team metrics to deliver clear, data-driven progress updates to senior leadership. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, including demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team. Intermediate proficiency in data management and analysis to guide strategic decisions and build clear reports. English communication skills for professional business interactions. Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial acquisition through client retention. Skill for presentation, and negotiation skills across diverse audiences. Experience supporting, motivating, and collaborating with a diverse team.
