Project Manager (Colorado Springs, CO) Job Title: Project Manager Location: Colorado Springs, CO Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Duration: 12 months Experience Required: 10+ Years Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple technology projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, professional communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management tools and practices. Key Responsibilities: Perform project management activities following CSU Technology Project Management processes and PMI best practices. Collaborate with project sponsors and operating departments to define objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assign roles, and facilitate team collaboration. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, project plans, schedules, cost estimates, requirements, technical specifications, status reports, project closure documents, and lessons learned. Track, monitor, analyze, and report on project cost, schedule, and scope performance. Drive timely project activities and efficient use of resources. Identify, assess, communicate, and resolve critical issues and potential risks. Prepare and deliver formal and informal project communications. Ensure projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Required Skills & Experience: · PMP Certification (Required) · Strong project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. · Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · High level of attention to detail. · Ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge.
