Second Shift (Full-time or Part-time) Core Hours: Monday through Thursday 3:30p.m. - 2:00a.m. 10% Shift Differential We are seeking an experienced Masking Specialist to join our Finishing Department in Blaine. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing parts for painting by precisely masking surfaces to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes. Key Responsibilities: Mask parts and components according to work orders and engineering drawings Apply tape, paper, plugs, and other materials to protect critical surfaces Inspect masked parts for accuracy and quality Remove masking after painting and maintain a clean finish Follow safety, quality, and production standards Support process improvements and assist with training Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 years of masking experience Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Why Join Us?
