Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will ensure that every space reflects our brand’s promise of excellence and soulful experiences. Repair and restore walls, floors, and decorative stonework to ensure safety and aesthetics. Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams on renovation and construction projects. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise masonry tasks. Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other materials with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. Inspect completed work for quality and durability, making adjustments as needed. Assist in preventive maintenance programs to uphold property standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a mason in hospitality or construction environments. Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
