Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a group of masons and laborers during daily site activities.
  • Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications for masonry works.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Ensure the correct usage of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct layout work for block, brick, plaster, and tiling operations.
  • Check levels, plumb lines, and alignment as per drawings.
  • Coordinate with the site engineer and foreman to resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Ensure materials are available and report shortages in advance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Enforce adherence to health and safety standards among team members.
  • Record daily work progress and submit updates to supervisors.
