MASON TEAM LEAD

We’re hiring a full-time Mason Team Lead!
Chameleon Masonry Restoration Inc, a leader in residential and commercial Masonry restorations is looking for a top performer to join our team as a Masonry Team Lead. Chameleon Masonry Restoration specializes in high quality, transparent restorations and improvements of existing masonry work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid G class drivers license with a clean driving abstract
  • Previous experience working in masonry restorations
  • A high degree of physical fitness and strength; ability to lift and bend for extended periods of time
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours when required
  • Reliable and dedicated to schedules and timelines
  • Able to read and understand work orders, drawings, project descriptions and numbers
  • A problem solver and decision maker
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to professionally interact with clients and co-workers in a respectful manner
  • Respectful of company property and equipment
  • A safety focused mindset
  • Confident working on scaffolding and ladders
  • Ability to provide own hand tools required to perform work duties

EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities
  • Prepare/ plan for each project based on provided work orders
  • Trouble shoot and provide solutions
  • Travel to work sites using company vehicle
  • Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from workstations and other areas
  • Undertaking work for building new structures as well as restoring old and damaged ones
  • Mixing required quantities of cement and mortar
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and other materials in proper working order
  • Supervising and training less experienced workers
  • Cleaning work surfaces before and after work
  • Completing projects within the specified time and budget
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines and policies
