POSITION OVERVIEW

POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client Planit Green Landscapes, is seeking a dedicated Masonry Lead Hand to assist in managing on-site masonry construction activities and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, hands-on experience in masonry construction, and the ability to support and motivate a team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience in masonry construction, with strong knowledge of various masonry techniques, or eagerness to learn.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and design plans.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.

Experience:

• Masonry Construction: 3 years (preferred)
• Blueprint reading: 3 years (preferred)
• Brick Laying: 3 years (preferred)
• Stone Work: 3 years (preferred

• Assist the Crew Leader/Foreman in overseeing daily masonry construction tasks.
• Perform hands-on work, including bricklaying, stonework, and other masonry applications.
• Lead and guide crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are ready and properly maintained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the Crew Leader/Foreman and team members
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide solutions as needed.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
