MASSAGE STORE MANAGER – FULL-TIME

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Massage Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Thai massage and wellness centre. This role blends front desk responsibilities, team coordination, and operational leadership—all within a single location. ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking someone who brings both leadership and care to the role:

  • Background in massage or beauty therapy is a plus
  • Can speak English and Thai
  • Can create marketing plans and strategies
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Familiarity with wellness or spa environments
  • Confident using booking systems, email, spreadsheets, and documents
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Committed to delivering excellent client experiences
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends
  • Professional presentation and a high level of accountability

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the central link between therapists, clients, and leadership—ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supervising and supporting massage therapists throughout their shifts
  • Managing reception duties including bookings, client inquiries, and walk-ins
  • Creating and maintaining staff rosters and shift coverage
  • Collaborating with senior therapists on training and team development
  • Overseeing store readiness: stock levels, room setup, and cleanliness
  • Leading customer service training and maintaining high guest satisfaction
  • Assisting with onboarding and performance coaching for new staff
  • Handling client feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Contributing to business improvement initiatives led by the Director
