JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to be our chiropractic assisstant. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service. This role involves assessing patient needs, delivering 10-minute massage treatments, and contributing to overall pain management and wellness. The massage therapist will be paid an hourly wage for the work with the chiropractor and will be able to give their own client massages at their regular rate in the clinic outside of the schedule. Salary is negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with state regulations. 1100 or 2200 hour program.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other relevant techniques.
  • Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a medical spa or similar setting is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
