CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Deliver relaxing treatments, including body and facial treatments and exfoliations, following AIRE’s protocols and techniques for each.
• Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to clients, following our provided manual and protocols.
• Keep an ample supply of necessary products for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
• Maintain consistency in couples’ treatments and coordinate effectively with partner therapists for a seamless experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
• You hold a valid Massage Therapist course or certification
• Fluent in English, and if you know Danish, that’s a fantastic bonus!
• You’re genuinely customer-focused and excel at connecting with people
• Your schedule is flexible, allowing you to work evenings, holidays, and weekends when necessary

THE ROLE:

As a Massage Therapist in our Copenhagen team, your role is to ensure clients’ well-being by performing relaxing and cosmetic treatments following our established protocols. You’ll also maintain our relaxation spaces in top condition with all the necessary materials for a perfect AIRE experience.
