Possibilities What you'll get: 401 (k) retirement plan with a 50% match, up to 4% Paid time off (PTO) 401 (k) retirement plan with a 50% match, up to 4% Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Pat-Time Massage Therapist to provide massages to clients to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall body function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals. What you’ll do: Conduct thorough client assessments to understand Individual needs. Administer various massage techniques to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Advise clients on stretching, exercise, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate client records of treatment and progress. Adhere to safety protocols according to NC State Board standards. What you’ll need: 1-3 years’ experience working with older adults. Certification or Licensure in Cosmetology or Massage Therapy. Strong Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess and treat clients. Knowledge of pain management strategies through therapeutic interventions. Compensation: 60% commission.
