As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a licensed and motivated Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of sports massage, injury prevention, and recovery techniques. You will work closely with athletes, clients recovering from injury, and general fitness enthusiasts, supporting them on their journey to peak performance and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Massage Therapist with current registration/license in Alberta
  • Experience or interest in working with athletic or active populations
  • Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and injury rehabilitation principles
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for health and performance
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional massage services tailored to the client’s individual needs and physical condition
  • Utilize a variety of techniques (deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, etc.) to assist in recovery, reduce stress, and enhance performance
  • Collaborate with other performance professionals (physiotherapists, chiropractors, strength coaches, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism
  • Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
