Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Greet guest and provide a thorough consultation Provide massage and body treatment services to guests, as listed in the service menu Assist in retail recommendations Responsible for meeting salon/department benchmarks for retail sales and guest servicing/retention Complete and maintain continuing education requirements QUALIFICATIONS: State of MI Massage Therapist License required Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task Superior guest servicing skills Experience with Aveda products and services a plus Polished, professional image, consistent with the Douglas J Image Principle Must be able to work a structured schedule that may include evenings and Saturdays WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY?
