Description Galaxy Brain & Therapy Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team two days per week. Our massage clients primarily seek relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief, with some clients also benefiting from a more tailored approach due to medical conditions. About the Role The Massage Therapist will provide high-quality massage services focused on supporting relaxation, reducing muscle tension, and addressing pain. Most sessions are wellness-based, while some clients may have medical considerations such as chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, or neurological conditions. The therapist should be comfortable adapting techniques and pressure to meet each client’s needs and tolerance, and collaborating with other providers when appropriate. What We’re Looking For Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Michigan Experience providing massages with a diverse client base Comfort working with clients who have medical considerations Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications Ability to individualize sessions based on client goals, comfort, and presentation Someone who enjoys being part of a caring team Warm, professional, and client-centered communication style Schedule Part-time: 2 days per week (M,W,or Th) Consistent weekly schedule, determined collaboratively Why Galaxy?
