Benefits Actual Work/Life Balance Pay range: $28-$32/hourly rate Part Time hours (4 hours a day) A culture with an emphasis on appreciating and valuing the team member The opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing national company, with possible position upgrade Details The Massage Therapist (Part Time) is responsible for providing massage therapy services to hospice patients according to their plan of care. Duties include but are not limited to: Performs assessments, evaluations, and establishes a plan and goals for massage therapy. Performs massage therapy treatments as prescribed by the Attending Physician and the Suncrest Hospice team. Instructs patients, family and staff in the use of massage therapy. Reports on client's response to treatment or any changes in condition. Documents services delivered using electronic methods on day of service. Attends team conferences upon request. Participates in Performance Improvement activities, as requested. PRN - position Qualifications Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program Currently certification or license required by state law One year of massage therapy experience preferred. Proof of professional liability insurance. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required vehicle insurance.
