Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services to clients including deep tissue and relaxation massage
- Assess clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Note and track clients needs on forms provided
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the massage therapy profession
Requirements:
- Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist
- Experience in performing deep tissue massage
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess client needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices in relation to massage therapy
