The Role We’re looking for a skilled and personable Massage Therapist to provide exceptional, customized treatments that promote recovery, relaxation, and balance for every client. Key Responsibilities - Deliver professional massage services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Reflexology, and Hot Stone techniques. - Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments. - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. - Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards. - Keep accurate treatment records and comply with Saudi health and labor regulations. - Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service. - Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the client experience. - Stay up to date with new massage modalities and industry practices Ideal Candidate - Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) or Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). - Minimum 2 years of professional experience. - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage modalities. - Fluent in English. - Friendly, flexible, and passionate about wellness. - Outgoing and confident in promoting services. - Preferred: Certification in specialized techniques (e.g. Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, or Neuromuscular Therapy). Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: Approx. 3,000 SAR (USD 800) - Commission: 5% on services when monthly massage revenue exceeds 20,000 SAR. - Employment visa - Relocation flight provided - Accommodation: Allowance or shared accommodation (to be discussed). - Medical Insurance: Provided, covering top hospitals in the area. - Transportation: Provided to and from the studio. - Uniform: Provided. - Annual Leave: 22 days paid leave + annual return flight home. - Development: Support for future training and certifications.
