Position Details:

• Commission-based pay starting at 30%

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health practices.
• Experience in providing various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform patient assessments effectively to tailor treatments accordingly.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.

  Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in an occupational health or med spa setting to enhance patient care.
• Document treatment sessions accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional patient service and customer care.
