With just over 20 years of experience throughout Connecticut and New York, we have successfully launched our first site in Naples, Florida. Our Massage Therapists are expected to provide wellness solutions for our clients. Responsible to communicate and transcribe all information regarding client's history and massage therapy services performed. Educate clients on how massage can benefit their overall optimal health and make recommendations to engage in other services to benefit their optimal health and to reach their health goals. Responsible to communicate with fellow providers to ensure full circle, team approach to wellness and client care. Communicate effectively with Wellness Lead Tailor all treatment plans to client’s health conditions Other duties as assigned Licensed Massage Therapist with accreditation by the Commission on Massage Therapy (COMPTA) or equivalent. 2+ years of experience (preferred, but not required – we welcome passionate professionals eager to grow!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues. A growth mindset with a desire to learn, innovate, and be part of a performance-driven team. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Willingness to travel between Performance locations as needed. Growth potential within the organization.
