As a Massage Therapist, you will deliver personalized, professional treatments that leave a lasting impression. What you’ll be doing: Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while assisting Guests and Owners with spa and hotel information. Perform 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute massage treatments, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout. Deliver personalized service by recognizing and responding to each Guest’s individual needs and expectations. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in safe working order. Support other areas of the Spa operation, including body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales. Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures. Qualifications Your Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience as a licensed Massage Therapist. Certification from an accredited massage therapy school and current professional license(s) required; dual licensure is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally. Highly responsible and reliable; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to remain focused on guest needs while maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule—this is not an on-call position. W-4 employment is required Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs. Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, and climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders. Additional Information Your team and working environment: Tight-knit, inclusive, and knowledgeable teammates.
