Job Details Job Location: Winthrop, WA 98862 Salary Range: $0.01 - $0.01 Commission Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of body mechanics and various massage techniques, and a genuine desire to help clients improve their physical and mental well-being. In this role, you will provide personalized massage therapy sessions that address clients’ specific needs while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform professional massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and/or other specialized techniques based on certification and training. Assess clients’ needs and preferences before beginning sessions and tailor treatments accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and medical history. Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching techniques, and overall wellness. Adhere to all state and local licensing laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of massage rooms and equipment before and after each session. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support a holistic approach to client care. Promote additional services, products, or memberships when appropriate. Qualifications Qualifications: Valid Massage Therapy License or Certification in the state of practice. Completion of an accredited massage therapy program. Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, respectful, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Preferred: Experience in a spa, clinical, or wellness setting. Training in additional modalities such as hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology, etc. CPR and First Aid certification. Work Environment: Calm and client-focused setting with a supportive team atmosphere. May require standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
