In this capacity, you will be responsible for: Licensing & Certification Compliance: Ensuring all massage therapists maintain current and valid licenses and certifications in accordance with state and local regulations Documentation: Overseeing accurate and timely completion of client records, treatment notes, and other required documentation Facility Compliance: Maintaining adherence to all health, safety, and state regulatory requirements Operational Oversight: Supporting management in ensuring overall facility compliance and assisting with additional managerial duties as needed
