Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Primary Responsibilities In addition to providing exceptional massage services, your role will include: Partnering with management to align training programs with company goals and client care standards Training and mentoring new therapists in accordance with the Hand & Stone Massage Manual, including service standards and protocols Ensuring all new hires understand company policies, procedures, and culture Monitoring the progress of new hires and providing regular, constructive feedback to support their growth Designated Establishment Manager (DEM) Responsibilities As part of your role, you will also be registered as the Designated Establishment Manager (DEM) for our Bloomingdale location. In this capacity, you will be responsible for: Licensing & Certification Compliance: Ensuring all massage therapists maintain current and valid licenses and certifications in accordance with state and local regulations Documentation: Overseeing accurate and timely completion of client records, treatment notes, and other required documentation Facility Compliance: Maintaining adherence to all health, safety, and state regulatory requirements Operational Oversight: Supporting management in ensuring overall facility compliance and assisting with additional managerial duties as needed
