Description Job Summary: The Massage Therapy Practice Session Supervisor will oversee and facilitate hands-on practice sessions for students enrolled in our massage therapy program. This role is vital in ensuring students receive the guidance and support necessary to develop their skills and confidence as massage therapists. The supervisor will provide constructive feedback, maintain a safe and professional learning environment, and promote the highest standards of practice. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and facilitate practice sessions for massage therapy students, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards and safety protocols. Provide direct feedback and coaching to students on their technique, professionalism, and client interaction skills. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Ensure all equipment and practice areas are maintained and adhere to health and safety regulations. Requirements Qualifications: Valid and current license/certification in massage therapy. Previous experience in massage therapy practice, education, or supervision is preferred. Strong understanding of various massage techniques and modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback and support student growth. Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Day Hourly Rate - $18.00 Evening Hourly Rate - $20.00
