MASTER BUTCHER

Griffith Butchery Pty Ltd - Griffith ACT
We are looking for a Full-time qualified Smallgoods Maker / Butcher at our family-owned business of 36+ years of service, dealing directly with exclusive farmers.
The successful candidate must have an Australian Certificate III in meat processing or have completed at least 3 years of an Apprenticeship.
Duties will include having to prepare and produce quality meat products, produce smallgoods, operate relevant machinery and maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene in line with the Food Safety Policies.
The successful applicant will be paid above award wages and will be on a rotating roster from Monday to Saturday.
